The Trunki Files has a simple mission: to help parents of young children get the most out of their holidays, and give them the confidence to travel with their kids – whether that be a camping trip in a not-faraway field, or a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Australia.

Founded in 2012 by holiday-obsessed Dad, Graham Horner, The Trunki Files was born out of too many hours spent researching holidays, and a fair few experiences of travelling to exotic (and less exotic) places with his own children. Quickly realising that he didn’t have enough time off work, or indeed funds, to continually update the site with travel inspiration of his own, Graham set about recruiting friends and friends-of-friends to write about their experiences of family holidays.
