What’s the best holiday you’ve had with your children?
Corsica. Cam was 5 and Annabel a baby who slept a lot. Our villa was in the middle of nowhere but croissants arrived each morning, we had our own pool and a huge bbq that someone came and cleaned daily. The nearby beach cafe did a fantastic banana split
Where do you want to go next?
Val d’Isere at Easter. We’ll drive and catch the Eurotunnel. We’re looking forward to making a playlist for the autoroute, meeting old friends to ski with, dancing on the tables at lunchtime.
What’s the one item you wouldn’t be without on a family holiday?
I would never go away without the kids’ iPods loaded with BBC TV programmes
Your best piece of advice for other Trunki Files readers:
Hedonists never compromise. Holidays are expensive and It’s YOUR holiday. Decide what is important to your family, never mind what everyone else is doing.
