What’s the best holiday you’ve had with your children?
That has to be our trip to Marrakech when our son was 18 months old. A whole different world is waiting for you less than 4 hours from London. Souks, riads, museums, palaces, gardens, mountains, wonderful food. And you can even take your toddler!
Where do you want to go next?
Well, I’ve randomly got my eye on a jungle retreat on an island off the west coast of Malaysia, but whether we ever get there is a different matter.
What’s the one item you wouldn’t be without on a family holiday?
I can’t imagine leaving the house or country without at least two packs of wet wipes…and a bag of raisins.
Your best piece of travel advice for other Trunki Files readers:
Don’t whip out the iPad 5 minutes before the fasten seatbelt sign gets switched on for landing and you have to stow away all your electronics. It will not, I repeat NOT go down well with your toddler…or your fellow passengers.
